Drinking enough water every day is also important. Besides we need enough sleep every night to help our body recover. If we are sick we should go to see a doctor as soon as possible. Only by keeping healthy can we enjoy a happy life.
健康對(duì)于每個(gè)人都很重要它是我們生活的基礎(chǔ)如果我們健康就可以做我們想做的一切事情為了保持健康我們應(yīng)該定期進(jìn)行一些運(yùn)動(dòng)比如跑步、游泳等等我們也應(yīng)該多吃水果和蔬菜少吃垃圾食品每天喝足夠的水也很重要此外我們需要每晚足夠的睡眠來(lái)幫助身體恢復(fù)如果我們生病了應(yīng)該盡快去看醫(yī)生只有保持健康我們才能享受幸福的生活
