一、be to do sth.將要做某事

【考點(diǎn)說明】 該句型常表根據(jù)計(jì)劃或安排將要發(fā)生的事。

The train is to start at eight. 火車八點(diǎn)鐘出發(fā)。

Is he to go home at this weekend? 本周末他回家嗎？

【知識(shí)串聯(lián)】 be about to do sth.即將做某事，不可再和at once等時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)連用。

他馬上就來。

誤：He is about to come at once.

正：He is about to come.

二、not ... until ... 直到......才......

【考點(diǎn)說明】 該句型表某一動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)一直到until所表示的時(shí)間為止開始發(fā)生，謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞必須為終止性動(dòng)詞， until不可換成till。

He didn't go to bed until twelve o'clock. 直到十二點(diǎn)他才上床睡覺。

It didn't stop raining until midnight. 雨到半夜才停。

【知識(shí)串聯(lián)】 until, till用于肯定句時(shí)表某一動(dòng)作或狀態(tài)一直延續(xù)到until或till所表示的時(shí)間為止才宣告結(jié)束，其謂語(yǔ)動(dòng)詞必須為持續(xù)性動(dòng)詞。

I waited for her until ten o'clock. 我等她一直等到十點(diǎn)。

三、there must be一定有

【考點(diǎn)說明】該句為there be的擴(kuò)充句型，表推測(cè)，must也可換成may, can，但可能性大小有所改變。

There must be a pen in this box.這盒子里一定有一支鋼筆。

There may be some water in this bottle. 這個(gè)瓶子里可能有點(diǎn)水。

There can't be anything in the cup.杯子里不可能有什么東西。

【知識(shí)串聯(lián)】 there be中間也可插上seems to, used to, happens to等短語(yǔ)，表似乎有，過去有，碰巧有，還可以插上一些表時(shí)態(tài)的詞匯。
